However, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may occasionally affect delivery timelines. While we strive to dispatch and deliver within the committed time frame, àmeir is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Customers will receive an email or SMS notification once the order has been dispatched, including tracking details. Standard delivery timelines usually range between 3–7 working days, depending on the shipping address and courier availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and carries an additional handling charge, which will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. Please ensure that the delivery details provided at checkout are accurate; àmeir is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

3. In case of failed delivery attempts by the courier, customers may be required to pick up the package from the nearest courier hub.

4. International shipping, if offered in the future, will be subject to additional charges, customs duties, and regulations applicable in the destination country.

5. Any concerns regarding damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at contactameir@gmail.com, along with unboxing videos or photographs as proof.
