Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

àmeir reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return or exchange request if the returned product(s) do not meet our quality check standards or if the policy is misused. The final decision regarding the condition of returned items and eligibility for replacement or store credit will rest solely with àmeir and shall be binding. àmeir is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit when the return shipment is arranged by the customer. All policies are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of àmeir. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy 

  • 7-Day Return & Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please allow 5–7 working days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

  • Reverse Pick-Up Service: Available in select pin codes. A flat reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted once per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Failed Pick-Ups: Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers must ship the product back to the official àmeir address.

  • Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive either:

    • Replacement of the product (subject to availability), OR

    • Store Credit equivalent to the amount paid, issued within 1–2 working days after the returned shipment is received. Store Credit can be used anytime for future purchases at àmeir.

  • Condition of Returns: Returned product(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging/tags intact. Returns in poor condition will not be accepted.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from the àmeir warehouse.

At àmeir, every product is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We encourage our customers to review product details and sizing information before purchase for a smooth experience.
